Why don't used equipment listings show a price online?
Used equipment pricing and availability change frequently, so we ask customers to call 1-800-323-1771 for a current quote rather than list a price that may be out of date.

What brands do you carry?
New disposables and electrodes from Rhythmlink, Chalgren, Technomed, Nikomed, and 3M, alongside used equipment from Cadwell, XLTEK, Nicolet, and Teca.

Shipping

How fast do you ship?
Most orders ship the same day they're received. Pre-sterilized items may take up to 30 days to ship due to sterilization processing. All orders ship from Arlington, Texas.

What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges are added to your invoice based on the order. If you have special shipping needs, let us know when ordering.

Returns

What is your return policy?
